The role offers an exciting opportunity in a company that has seen significant market growth. They are seeking a professional services specialist to support an expanding customer base. The position is full-time, remote-first, with in-person collaboration in NYC and occasional offsites in locations like Palm Springs, Austin, and Barcelona.


What is being built

The organization is on a mission to empower teams to achieve product-led growth. In the consumer space, it is standard to try services and software before making a purchase, a practice that is less common in the B2B sector. The mission is to facilitate "try before you buy" experiences for all teams.


Utilizing a no-code platform, teams can easily create interactive product demos that allow customers to share controlled and guided versions of their product with end-users without requiring a login.


About this role

As a key point of contact for customers, this role is vital! You will be responsible for organizing and leading engaging webinars to educate customers on best practices for a variety of use cases and new product capabilities. Collaboration with customer success managers is essential to train key teams, identify the most pressing gaps in customer enablement, and develop a new asynchronous learning academy.


Responsibilities

- Create an online learning academy using written and interactive demo content to help customers achieve certifications.

- Partner with customer success managers to train key stakeholders at enterprise and mid-market accounts.

- Lead public webinars covering basic to advanced product capabilities.

- Develop demo implementation guides and other crucial enablement resources for strategic accounts.

- Address customer FAQs and collaborate with the product team to share feedback on common customer gaps.


Your First Month

An exceptional onboarding experience is a priority for the organization. Building product expertise and establishing positive colleague relationships are emphasized. Product training will be provided to ensure you become a true product expert, setting you up for success in your role. You will work closely with Alisa to acclimate to the team, guiding you through initial tasks and attending customer training calls together. Soon after, you’ll take the lead in curating webinar topics and creating enablement content!
