The Role:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for researching and executing EMEA marketing programs with a focus on field event execution, strategy support, and budget and resource management, including but not limited to:
- Regional trade show sponsorships and exhibits
- Hosted events (including social networking events, thought leadership presentations, presentations, workshops, and roundtables with decision-makers)
- Activations at partner tradeshows and large industry events
- Maximizing 1-1 meeting generation with key accounts onsite at shows and post-event, working closely with the sales and business development teams to drive impact and conversions
- Keep a close eye on speaking proposal deadlines and work cross-functionally to deliver against these
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing programs across EMEA, focusing on trade show sponsorships, hosted events, workshops and presentations, executive roundtables, and meeting generation.
- Contribute to the development of the annual EMEA marketing plan.
- Work closely with the Director of Demand Generation and sales leaders to understand business goals and drive the execution of marketing programs, coordinating with account executives, business development representatives, partners, digital marketing, and the global integrated marketing team.
- Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events, including drafting event briefs, creating sales promotional materials, writing email and registration page copy, and managing all event logistics.
- Maintain active relationships with marketing vendors and oversee trade show coordination.
- Manage programs and projects, ensuring results align with goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to execute campaigns via digital channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.) as needed.
