Job Title:Estate Planning Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Type: Two types of employment;

• Full-time direct employment (40 hours)
• Self-Employed
  
  

Salary: Dependent on the type of employment

• Direct: £25,000 Uncapped Commission. Average OTE £50,000+.
• Self-Employed: £2000 Retainer + 10% of sale or 25% of the sale
  
  

Operating Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 09:30 - 18:30
• Friday: 10:00 - 16:00
  
  

Job Description

Our client is on the hunt for experienced Estate Planners to employ Directly or Self-Employed. You will be discussing the benefits of estate planning and legal service products such as Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. There isn't any cold calling aspect as you will be dealing with warm web leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling Inbound/Outbound calls to discuss the benefits of estate planning
• Draft and check legal documents
• Work closely with customers to identify needs and take accurate instructions to meet their needs
• Capture customers instructions using our in-house software
  
  

The Candidate

• (Required) Have a minimum 1-2 years of Estate Planning Experience over the phone
• Previous background in sales
• Own equipment (Laptop/PC, Headset & stable internet)
• Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Excellent telephone handling skills
• Excellent letter-writing skills
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Strong time management skills
• Used to working to targets in a pressured environment
• Ability to work well as an individual and as a member of a team
• An excellent timekeeper with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers
