- PTO is provided to team members as a lump sum allowance, not an accrual. We believe in paying people fairly, so we've established a compensation model aimed to ensure everyone at Fearless — regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, nationality, or negotiation skills — is given equal pay for equal work. Our approach to compensation is intended to ensure our total package serves all of your needs and includes base pay, medical and other benefits, performance rewards, 401k matching, plus a few perks (tech and wellness reimbursement programs)! Our salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location and provide team members salary growth within a salary grade over time. Team members automatically progress within a salary range through annual increases (given to reward service at Fearless) or merit increases (given to reward and individual's demonstrated performance and growth within the position). Fearless team members are also eligible for discretionary bonuses based on company performance.
The salary ranges for this position based on location are listed below. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified as a part of our annual salary range review.

- NC Residents: $63,007 (min) - $78,759 (mid) - $94,511 (max)
- DE, MD, PA, TX, VA Residents: $66,157 (min) - $82,697 (mid) - $99,236 (max)
- DC Residents: $74,348 (min) - $92,935 (mid) - $111,523 (max)
- CA, NY, NJ Residents: $76,869 (min) - $96,086 (mid) - $115,303 (max)
- In-person, hybrid, and remote options are available. Our office is located in Baltimore.
Organizational and Leadership Role
- Assist senior account executives in preparing for, attending, and following up on customer meetings and presentations.
- Help manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations, including contracting officers, program managers, and end users.
- Gather data on federal procurement opportunities using Sam.gov, GovWin, APFS, usaspending.gov, LinkedIn, and general web searches.
- Analyze market trends and compile reports on potential business opportunities and competitor landscapes.
- Perform in-depth procurement data analysis to aid in decision-making for targeting specific federal agencies, such as the Department of Justice, Treasury, State, SSA, and Veterans Administration.
- Track and report on fiscal budgets and spending patterns of target agencies using specified search queries for upcoming fiscal years.
- Maintain accurate records of research findings and analysis in CRM systems.
- Prepare detailed account plans and reports for senior sales staff to review.
- Identify and participate in relevant industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed on industry trends.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance business development strategies.
- Participate in training sessions provided by senior staff to develop skills necessary for an Account Executive role.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using research tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one may be required
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving and planning skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- CRM software (e.g., Hubspot or Salesforce) experience

- Technical Interview (Skills Fit): This is where we get into the nitty gritty of the project. During the Technical Interview, you’ll be interviewed by the technical team to dig more into your background and technical capabilities.
- Business Interview: At this point, you’ve made it to the final frontier! The Business Interview is when you’ll meet with Fearless leadership to dot the i’s, cross the t’s, and determine whether or not we’ll be moving forward with the hiring process.
