About The Role

An omni-channel mountain brand seeks passionate individuals to join their team as Seasonal Customer Experience Representatives (CX). This role focuses on providing outstanding customer service through a phone and email ticketing system, demonstrating expert product knowledge and a love for the mountain lifestyle. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, thrive in a collaborative team environment, excel in challenging conversations, and be dedicated to delivering the best customer experience possible. Opportunities for remote work or office settings are available, with preference for applicants located near the brand's Mountain Studio locations.

Seasonal Customer Experience Representatives will report to the Customer Experience Shift Managers.

Responsibilities

- Communicate daily via phone, email, and chat with customers and team members

- Actively manage the customer support conversation queue

- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries while adhering to required KPIs

- Understand and articulate product information and processes with clarity

- Maintain performance standards using the Gladly platform

Skills

- High School diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is preferred

- Intermediate computer and typing skills are necessary

- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products is preferred

- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous

- Knowledge of outdoor apparel is a plus

- Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude

- Demonstrated versatility, initiative, and ability to collaborate with a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential

Additional info

- Start date: September 23rd

- Hourly wage starts at $18

- Full-time, hourly non-exempt role

- Flexible scheduling of 30-40 hours per week after an initial two-week training period

- Availability for holiday hours is required

- Holiday pay and paid sick time included

- Seasonal role available through February 2025

- $1,000 Gear Test credit provided

- Seasonal employees will receive a work-from-home equipment package
