Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and help architect the future of life science commercialization through our enterprise SaaS products. This role will be pivotal in working closely with our Customer Success and Product teams to translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, particularly in SQL, and experience working with BI tools, with some previous experience working with marketing or website data.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain key metrics from raw instrumentation events.
- Create and maintain data dashboards and reports using Metabase and BigQuery.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by processing, cleaning, and verifying data used for analysis.
- Leverage data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with BI tools (Metabase preferred).
- Strong data visualization skills. Nice-to-Have:
- Strong preference for candidates with experience with digital marketing data, including website performance analysis, attribution modeling, and using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with DBT.
- Background in SaaS or related industries.
