As an Analytics Officer you will In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of a first-class data and analytics service , collaborating closely with managers across the organisation to enhance all aspects of business operations through powerful management information and business intelligence . Cafcass’s strategic ambition to ensure and exceptional experience for ‘every child, everywhere and every time’ when Cafcass is involved in their lives. Your technical skills will leverage our data to inform our processes and practice to better the experiences of children and their families accessing our services. Our recent 'Outstanding’ Ofsted inspection report, referred to Cafcass data as “in another league” praising our “excellent performance management information systems” which “provide leaders with a comprehensive understanding of what the data is telling them”. Your contributions will be central to ensuring that our team remains at the top of its game and that our data continues to support organisational development and innovation within Cafcass and the wider family justice system.

… and what we’re looking for.

The role requires high levels of IT literacy and knowledge as to how management information tools function and operate. An intermediate to a high level knowledge of tools such as (but not limited to); of MS Excel, SQL query language, Power BI is required as a minimum standard.
