About Your Role


The Global Talent & Growth Manager will lead and innovate our global talent strategies, ensuring the development, engagement, and retention of our talents. This role will be pivotal in shaping the employee journey and fostering a culture that aligns with our core values and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent management, growth and development, and enhancing the overall people experience, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.


This role will be a hybrid position and can be based in Dublin, Spain, Denmark, Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland, Belgium or Portugal


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Management:

  • Design Implement and improve the global the Talent Management Matrix and Processes ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Define and Lead Year-Round Review Processes
  • Develop and lead the implementation of Action and Succession Plans ensuring pipeline of future leaders
  • Define and manage the pulse survey cycles to gauge employee engagement and satisfaction


Growth & Development:

  • Formulate and drive global growth and development strategies, focusing on key priorities and aligning with organizational goals.
  • Champion the adoption of a "Growth Mindset" culture across the organization, encouraging continuous learning, resilience, and adaptability
  • Design and implement comprehensive leadership development programs to cultivate strong leaders within the organization.
  • Support Functional People Leads, Partner with the two functional People Leads to develop and execute growth and development programs specific to their areas of responsibility.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the entire people team on matters related to growth and development.


People Experience & Journey:

  • Define the People Journey: Develop and articulate a clear and compelling people journey that enhances the overall employee experience.
  • Foster the Ultimate People Experience: Create programs and initiatives that promote a supportive, engaging, and fulfilling work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in talent management, employee development, and organizational culture in tech environments.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing talent management and development programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
  • Proficiency in using HR technology and data analytics tools to drive talent management processes.
