You will:
- Prioritize and troubleshoot complex technical issues delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.
- Serve as a pivotal source of expertise on the Sardine Risk and Compliance products, APIs, SDKs, underlying web-stack technologies, and industry best practices.
- Proactively implement and deploy changes to enhance the customer experience and address their evolving needs.
- Create comprehensive documentation that empowers both our team and clients to achieve greater success.
An ideal candidate has:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced technical role, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering results.
- A Computer Science degree or relevant experience as a software engineer showcasing your depth of technical expertise.
- Strong comprehension of software development principles and expertise in web technologies.
- Proficiency in hands-on coding, allowing you to understand and address technical challenges effectively.
- Working knowledge of SQL and APIs, enabling you to navigate data structures and facilitate seamless integrations.
- Exceptional analytical skills, enabling you to discern patterns and anomalies from live data and logs, contributing to swift issue resolution.
- Outstanding communication skills, both in technical and non-technical contexts.
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time to other European countries to support customer golive events
Compensation: Base pay range of $80,000 - $100,000 + Series B equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
