About The Job

The Global Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration within the targeted industries (Manufacturing & Machine Tools, Renewable Energy & Telecom) and reports directly to the BU Sales Director EMEA.

You will develop and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the organization´s overall Vision 2030 in BU Antivibration Solutions,

The Global Sales Manager works with the CES Sales team in order to develop and implement sales and marketing strategy.

You will lead and coach a team of sales professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies in order to manage their portfolio of existing accounts, winning new customers and for maximum revenue generation.

All Manager & Supervisors are responsible for demonstrating leadership and commitment with respect to the management system by:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a global sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Maintain and develop key accounts, identify new business possibilities, and grow relationships with key stakeholders and prospects to protect current business, generate new opportunities and continuously improves customer satisfaction
  • Oversees development of selling programs, pricing, and policies to insure profitable and effective operations of the sales department, applies Sales Excellence and creates customer value (CCV)
  • Provides effective leadership of sales personnel and retains high quality people to develop future managers
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth
