Hybrid Multimedia Production Supervisor na SEC

Position Summary

The Communications & Community Affairs Multimedia Production Supervisor oversees the internal 3 Stars Film studio. In this position you'll provide vital and relevant multimedia productions that drive the brand and reputation of Samsung Austin Semiconductor to key stakeholders. You'll be responsible for managing a high volume of work that requires fast turn-around-times and on time deliverables. You'll need to be proficient in all film production crew positions, photocomposition, production direction, post-production editing software, and basic script writing focused on corporate related themes that adhere to our brand standards.

As a valued member of the Communications & Community Affairs team, the film team supervisor must be a highly motivated, organized and confident media enthusiast who is passionate for Samsung’s brand & mission.

Role and Responsibilities

Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Overseeing all multimedia productions from pre to post, and assigning projects and shoots to the team and effectively communicating with senior leadership, admins and other departments to schedule production needs
• Scheduling video productions and photo opportunities
• Proofing photo, multimedia and video projects and providing feedback before approval process
• Managing the internal ticket request system, and key objectives, results and reporting
• Managing studio space and film equipment so both stay in working order
• Manage internal media storage server
• Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop)
• Collaborate with all team members of Communications and Community Affairs to create original content for our public facing platforms
• Developing storylines that align to key messaging and brand guidelines, and providing guidance on multimedia projects
• Full production set up and breakdown in studio and in-the-field

Skills and Qualifications

Here's What You'll Possess:

• 2+ years relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree
• Excellent judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Ability to manage general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
• Project Management skills
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
