- Verify data accuracy before entry and ensure consistency across systems
- Report any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor
- Perform filing, copying, and other administrative duties for part of the workday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Patience for repetitive work
- Ability to keep accurate and updated logs of ongoing work
- Reading knowledge of English and Spanish
- One to two years of experience in data entry and/or filing
- Social perceptiveness and service orientation
