As a Technical Program Management Specialist, you will work with diverse and cross functional teams of experts to deliver cloud infrastructure for AI applications. You will collaborate with internal and external partners and contribute to the product delivery and launch plans. You will partner with teams across Azure Compute, Storage, and Networking to ensure that the cloud Infrastructure meets the performance and scale requirements of a variety of AI workloads. This opportunity will allow you to build a deeper understanding of the inner workings of Azure and Cloud Infrastructure. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and drive the product delivery lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Define success criteria as you collaborate with others to implement features for cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate and ensure alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions.
- Identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.
- Drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and partnering with other departments to collect performance metrics.
- Contribute to customer support and participate in direct customer engagements.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Bachelor's Degree AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Substantial experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Bachelor's Degree AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with experience in driving product reviews, presentations to customers and/or partners.
