What you will be doing:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with diverse teams, ensuring harmonious and consistent experiences across the spectrum.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer experience, renewals, or a closely related field.
  • German speaking
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at forming and maintaining relationships.
  • A sharp analytical mind, skilled at distilling complex customer data into actionable strategies.
  • Proactivity and foresight in addressing and anticipating potential customer challenges.
  • Commercially aware to provide the best service to our customers
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment


We see it as an advantage if you...

  • Have experience working with channel partnership
  • Have a track record of identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Proficient and comfortable with MS Excel
