We do this by deploying an open-source publishing solution tailored to the needs of independent digital news publishers and integrating complementary third-party services.
We're a distributed company with team members across multiple countries, speaking various languages. Above all, we're driven by our mission: We democratize publishing for news organizations so that anyone with a story can tell it, regardless of their resources, technical expertise, or location.

Newspack is growing its team and looking for experienced product and business development operators. These people love to identify, vet, negotiate, and launch third-party partnerships that benefit our news publishers.
We are looking for people to help shape Newspack as the preferred platform for creating innovative, habit-forming experiences centered on journalism and storytelling. By deepening publishers' connections and service to readers, you'll drive economic value for them.
We’ll be looking for people who are interested in:
- Sourcing and vetting technology and service providers that can drive editorial excellence, audience engagement, and revenue growth
- Consulting with existing customers and stay abreast of industry trends
- Working with beta customers to test and refine key features
- Negotiating favorable business terms and draft contracts
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams to deploy, document, market, and support third-party products
