Summary: The Marketing Manager (mid-level) will demonstrate a proven track record in creating and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to analyze and leverage data for decision-making. In this position, you will play a key role in shaping our brand, driving leads, expanding market reach, and ensuring the overall success of our marketing efforts.
Major Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Oversee the creation of compelling content and creative assets for campaigns.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities and measure campaign effectiveness.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Work to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the market.
Budget Oversight: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing strategies with broader organizational objectives. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a unified approach.
Education and Experience:
3+ years of experience in marketing
Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing or related field
Experience with digital marketing, event strategy, execution, and project management
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, SOCIAL MEDIA, PAID ADs, and email marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and derive actionable insights
