Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Data and Advanced Analytics team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building cutting-edge data-driven applications and solutions that leverage advanced analytics, AI/ML models, and big data processing. You will collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to create scalable platforms that transform raw data into actionable insights.

Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain full-stack solutions to support the team’s data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.
  • Build intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces for data visualization, dashboards, and user interaction.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust back-end services for data processing, API integrations, and analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the responsiveness, efficiency, and performance of applications on various devices and platforms.
  • Work closely with data scientists to deploy and scale AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Passion to collaborate and build supporting development infrastructures like CI/CD and DevOps
  • Offer suggestions for ongoing improvement and add or remove features as necessary
  • Implement data security, governance, and privacy protocols in all applications.
  • Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of applications across platforms.
  • Debug and resolve issues, optimize application performance, and continuously improve user experience.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance analytics platforms.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Implement and manage APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest and implement innovative solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews when necessary

Critical Skills

  • Front-End Development: Expertise in JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with D3.js or other data visualization libraries is a plus.
  • Back-End Development: Strong proficiency in languages like Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), Node.js, or Java (Spring).
  • Data Integration: Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), data lakes, and big data platforms like Spark or Hadoop.
  • APIs: Proficiency in building and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints. Azure API Management with Azure functions (Serverless), AKS or MuleSoft for API building and managing.
  • Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or Google Cloud for deploying analytics applications.
  • DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
  • Big Data and Analytics Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and working with tools like Databricks or Snowflake.

Additional Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence with technical teams, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment
  • Experience with data in the drug supply chain and commercial domain within healthcare, pharma is a plus
  • Teams up and collaborates for speed, agility, delivery excellence and innovation
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$120,600 - $201,000
