We are seeking motivated and customer focused Appointment Setters to join our team.
 

In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to individuals over 60 years old in both Australia and New Zealand, booking appointments for hearing tests.
 

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outbound appointment setting, sales or strong customer service fields, with a focus on ethical and effective communications.
 

Key Details:

  • Role Type: Full time (38 hours per week)

  • Operational hours:  

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7am - 7pm                          

Thursday 7am - 6pm                       

Friday 7am - 5pm

  • Adhoc hours: Saturdays when required

  • Training:  Paid training - 4 days 9am - 5pm

  • Location:  Onsite only.  Melbourne CBD

  • Shut down period:  1 week over Easter period & 2 weeks Christmas period

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior Appointment Setting experience, Sales or strong Customer Service experience

  • Prior appointment setting experience in a medical, health and fitness industry, or a field dealing with senior citizens is ideal for this role

  • Strong communications skills - written and verbal

  • Experience with CRM skills preferred

  • Objection handling 

  • Relationship building

  • Time management

  • You are polite and considerate by nature, preferably with experience working with people within a Senior community

  • You have a gentle approach to customers, being able to balance objections with assertiveness and respect

  • You are flexible to be able to work across the required hours and are looking for a long term role

  • You are passionate about what you do, motivated to give our customers the best experience every time
