The Position

Roche Diagnostics Spain is hiring a Key Account to build and strengthen Roche´s presence and reputation in the Health Private Market and Blood Bank segment with the responsibilities you will see below.

The scope of this role includes the following regions: Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria and Navarra. 

The position will ideally be based in the territory of scope.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Guided by a passion for positive customer experiences to uncover areas to expand the availability of Roche’s innovative solutions and solidify our market-leading position.
  • Window person to market interacting with a set of stakeholders in the scientific/technical/economic area and, in general, with the customer key decision makers.
  • Act as the single individual accountable for the entire account book of business for assigned key customer accounts and is expected to deliver against revenue, access and other metrics as well as model account management excellence
  • Responsible in manage sales for the entire Roche Diagnostics portfolio in order to offer our customers Roche solutions that best suited to their needs
  • Develop account strategy and executes against strategic and tactical business plans for the assigned accounts.
  • Establish & maintain good relationship and fast action to handle customers needed with compliance manner. .
  • As a squad team member, you will provide leadership, insights and guidance to your internal team members to enable them to support you in the delivery of a stellar customer experience and profitable sales growth. 
  • Constantly gather data on Market trends. Monitors products, solutions, and positioning of competitors. Analyzes business risks and opportunities and educates his team on this subject.

Who You Are

  • Previous sales experience in the healthcare market, proving successful results.

  • At least 3 years of experience in the area of sales/business development and desirable in the IVD Diagnostics industry.

  • Bachelor or Masters in Business or Healthcare or equivalent experience.

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

  • Availability to travel, inside and outside the country, and, occasionally, it will be necessary to travel to areas outside the usual performance ratio for the management or monitoring of satellite projects. Also, international travel to HeadQuarters of Key Accounts may be considered.

  • Customer orientation, strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrated comfort building and maintaining relationships with senior level buying influences.

  • Experience with engaging with new teams, and fostering environments of accountability.

  • Demonstrate persistence and perseverance to achieve desirable business outcomes.

  • Have strong desire to learn new products and new business areas.

  • Good communication and teamwork, also be creative and adapt well in new environments.
