Responsibilities
Customer Insights and Research:
- Lead customer research initiatives to gather actionable insights.
- Utilize data to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing performance to senior leadership.
Customer Segmentation:
- Develop and refine customer segmentation models to ensure targeted marketing efforts.
- Analyze customer data to identify key segments and tailor strategies accordingly.
Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the management of customer portfolios to maximize value and growth.
- Implement strategies to optimize the performance of different customer segments.
Competencies:
Analytical Skills:
- Strong ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and software.
Customer Focus:
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
