Responsibilities

Customer Insights and Research:

• Lead customer research initiatives to gather actionable insights.
• Utilize data to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experience.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing performance to senior leadership.

Customer Segmentation:

• Develop and refine customer segmentation models to ensure targeted marketing efforts.
• Analyze customer data to identify key segments and tailor strategies accordingly.

Portfolio Management:

• Oversee the management of customer portfolios to maximize value and growth.
• Implement strategies to optimize the performance of different customer segments.
