Responsibilities:

• Coordination and organize design requests and approvals from various departments.
• Support in day-to-day Brand unit in coordinating traffic and signoff filing for creative design development service.
• Support in Brand unit initiatives and event projects, including preparation to execution, and reporting.
• Assistance in developing marketing materials and presentations.
• Support in administrative filing and budget reporting.

Requirements:

• Preferably students in final year or fresh graduate from all major related to marketing and communications studies.
• Excellence in written and verbal communications with skills in creative content or copy writing is a plus.
• Must be able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Understand basic administrative work, attention to details and timeline oriented.
• Self-starter with good organizational skills, and willing to learn in fast paced environment
