- Comprehensive knowledge of the technical characteristics of PV plants
- Experience in PV portfolio management and performance analysis
- Ability to identify root causes of site issues and mitigate substantial failures
- Strong expertise in O&M contractor management and warranty claim processes
- High problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently and in teams
- Commitment to quality, multi-tasking, and working under pressure
- International experience would be a plus
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years in the renewable energy industry (preferably Solar PV)
- Experience in Asset Management, Technical Advisory, Owners’ Engineering, O&M contracting, or EPC
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English
- Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian is advantageous
IT Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- SCADA systems, PVSyst (preferred but not mandatory)
