As a Senior Technical Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and guiding the seamless integration of Fullsteam’s Business Units with our payment platform. Acting as the primary technical liaison, you will address technical queries, develop comprehensive documentation, and establish standardized integration practices. This role provides significant growth opportunities by bridging technical integration with project and product management.
This role is remote, with occasional trips to Auburn, AL, for in-person relationship building and company events.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical integration of over 80+ Business Units into Fullsteam’s payments platform, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Business Units, providing expert guidance and resolving complex integration issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation to outline integration processes, enabling effective troubleshooting by engineers and managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize integration workflows and implement best practices.
- Contribute to project and product management efforts, ensuring integration projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with portfolio companies, offering strategic technical recommendations and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage and prioritize the ticketing queue, adhering to internal SLA standards and delivering technically accurate, forward-thinking solutions.

- Proven ability to lead complex technical integrations with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage, organize, and retrieve large volumes of information while adapting to new systems and processes.
- Experience in developing strategic plans with thoughtful analysis, clear timelines, and a structured approach (e.g., crawl, walk, run strategy) for phased implementation of FullsteamPay.
- Proactive in process optimization to enhance efficiency and eliminate redundant efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience (4+ years) in software/integration can substitute for a degree; an M.B.A. is a plus.
- Proficiency in REST & SOAP APIs, SQL Server, and Jira’s Service Project.
- Strong understanding of the payments industry, including Credit Card Ecosystem, Tokenization, Payments Processing, Digital Wallets, PCI-DSS, and more.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum software methodologies and tools.
