As the Global Product Manager for the Value/Performance mammography segment, you will be responsible to define the key strategy to growth our expansion in the market.You will be responsible for overseeing new product development for our screening/diagnostic portfolio, from concept to market launch. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, product development, and cross-functional team leadership and plays a critical role in shaping the success and competitiveness of our products, meeting customer needs, and driving business growth. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Product Launch: Develop go-to-market strategies and plans for product launches. Work closely with marketing and region teams to create marketing collateral, pricing strategies, and sales training materials.
Own financial performance of the product portfolio. Determine product profitability, growth rates, gaps to target, & pipeline health. Achieve orders, revenue and EBIT goals.
Market Analysis, Market needs: Define target customer segments and assess market size and growth potential, utilizes various channels to deeply understand the customer needs for each target segments
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to shape the product vision. Collaborate with R&D teams to define product specifications, features, and functionalities. Drive product development processes, ensuring products meet quality, performance, and regulatory requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Orchestration: Assesses the wing to wing health of the portfolio and lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, regional sales, supply chain, regulatory and quality team to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical field
5+ years multi-functional experience in product management, business development, sales, marketing, clinical
Background in healthcare AI, SaaS and/or imaging
Demonstrated business & commercial acumen
Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams
Experience leading multiple product development cycles from concept to scale
Experience in incorporating AI into products

In this role you will be responsible for
Conducts component and product integration. All activities that span multiple components and products and are concerned with how to integrate for maximum performance and operability.
Manages product and systems requirements, specifications and flow down. Drives validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system level testing.
Responsible for defining product requirements for the module / component / subcontractors and partners teams. Manages interface between components and execution organizations.
Responsible for driving CTQ / Risk trades within the teams designing the components. Manages the overall product configuration and configuration control system.
Developing expertise in own function. May include roles that are experts in their discipline, providing professional or thought leadership .
Influences policy and ensures delivery within area of responsibility, linking with other parts of the organization.
Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
Leads others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
Employs sophisticated operational/product management, manufacturing or engineering techniques. Interaction with adjacent functions needed to solve issues.
Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis.
Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

Oversee the product development process, from ideation to launch.
Work closely with engineering, design teams to ensure successful component development, delivery and integration
Ensure effective communication, alignment and support for Lifecycle Programs and Projects across organizational functions (Electrical, Software, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Program Management Office (PMO), Quality, Supplier Management, etc.) and global sites.
Work with Product Management and Program Management to ensure clear prioritization of assigned tasks.
Leverages technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal resources and limited external resources outside of own team to help make decisions.
Leverages deep knowledge of technical disciplines, analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policies/strategies.
Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, or engineering support. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 17+ years+ of experience

Adept at navigating the organizational matrix; understanding people's roles, can foresee obstacles, identify workarounds, leverage resources and rally teammates.
Understand how internal and/or external business model works and facilitate active customer engagement
Able to articulate the value of what is most important to the business/customer to achieve outcomes
Able to produce functional area information in sufficient detail for cross-functional teams to utilize, using presentation and storytelling concepts.
Possess extensive knowledge of full solution catalog within a business unit and proficiency in discussing each area at an advanced level.
