About the Role
We are seeking a Global Sales Enablement Product Manager to lead and align our global sales enablement technology strategy. This role will serve as a bridge between regional sales operations teams and global sales enablement functions to ensure seamless technology integration and strategy execution.
The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to gather requirements, define priorities, and oversee the evaluation and implementation of sales enablement tools. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic mindset, technical acumen, and strong collaboration skills to drive global consistency and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Global Strategy & Alignment
Partner with regional sales operations teams to align on sales enablement technology and process standardization.
Lead requirement gathering and consolidation across regions to streamline sales enablement initiatives.
Define and refine sales enablement technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Technology & Process Management
Assess, select, and manage sales enablement software tools, ensuring optimal adoption and efficiency.
Define and prioritize feature backlogs for sales enablement platforms.
Collaborate with the Global Technology Services (GTS) and Procurement teams to evaluate vendors and execute technology implementations.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management
Act as the primary liaison between global sales teams to ensure seamless technology adoption.
Collaborate with regional sales enablement teams to develop training and enablement materials to support sales teams in effectively utilizing tools.
Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth transition during software upgrades and new feature implementations.
Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Track and analyze sales enablement tool usage, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
Collect feedback from global sales teams and continuously optimize enablement strategies.
Stay updated on emerging sales enablement technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or product management within a global organization.
Proven experience in managing sales enablement technology, tools, and software selection processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Revenue Enablement Platforms (Seismic, Highspot, Allego, etc).
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
Experience with Jira or Asana.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into sales enablement requirements and strategies.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role may be eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:
Total Base Pay Range
$115,000.00 - $173,000.00 USD Annual
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
