About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team, you will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead. You will be key in shaping and executing recruitment strategies across Southeast Asia. Using your expertise in talent acquisition, you’ll drive recruitment initiatives and leverage data-driven insights to attract top-tier candidates, ensuring Traveloka remains competitive in the region.

The team is dedicated to finding the right talent for Traveloka while building an employer brand that resonates with top candidates. You’ll work closely with a group of experienced professionals passionate about recruitment and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture. Together, the team drives forward-looking strategies, and you’ll be integral in shaping our success in attracting the best talent across Southeast Asia.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for Traveloka, focusing on Asia Pacific. Your approach will integrate recruitment efforts with employer branding initiatives to attract the best candidates.

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. While executing recruitment, you’ll enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice.

  • Use market research, data analytics, and industry trends to inform and refine recruitment strategies, ensuring you stay ahead of the curve regarding candidate attraction.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and proactively build talent pipelines that align with organizational goals.

  • Stay current on emerging technologies, key industry skill sets, and trends to continuously adapt and refine recruitment strategies.

  • Mentor junior team members, guiding them in best practices and fostering growth within the recruitment function.

  • Track and analyse recruitment performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency, particularly in attracting top-tier tech talent.

Requirements

About the Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven success with a minimum of 8 years experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, particularly within technology, internet, or OTA sectors.

  • Strong experience in recruiting for engineering and product roles—understanding these specialised areas' unique needs and challenges.

  • Preference for candidates with a background in recruiting within the eCommerce or tech industry.

  • Strong understanding of the regional talent landscape and how it shapes recruitment strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with both candidates and key stakeholders in the tech industry.

  • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and market insights to optimize recruitment strategies and decision-making.

  • Highly adaptable, with a creative mindset for developing recruitment strategies tailored to the evolving needs of the tech industry.
