WHO YOU ARE:
As the People Business Partner, you will be responsible to play a key role in shaping the success of our organization by acting as a strategic partner and consultant to business leaders. Your primary focus will be on aligning human resources strategies with business goals to drive performance, engagement and growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Objectives and Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations
o Serve as the first point of contact for Team Member concerns and inquiries.
o Foster a positive work environment by addressing and resolving employee issues promptly and effectively.
o Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures in alignment with company policies.

• Employee Engagement
o Lead Employee Connects, Skip Connects, Ask Me Anything Connects and Brown Bag sessions for the assigned location and departments
o Prepare connects summary, highlights and proactively share recommendation with the Business Leads. Also, ensure closures on Open Items for the shared feedback
o Coordinate and liaison for Fun@Work activities with the core team and business POCs

• Onboarding
o Collaborate with People Leaders, Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Team for Pre and Post Onboarding formalities.
o Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience for new joiners.
o Ensure team members are aligned with Zinnia’s core values, culture and feel connected by connecting with them through regular intervals after completing first 30, 60, and 90 days in system

• Performance Management
o Coordinate, coach, counsel People Leaders and Team Members on Zinnia’s performance management philosophy
o Assist in the execution of CORE Cycle process on quarterly basis
o Train and mentor new joiners on how to create the goal sheet on Dayforce, importance of monthly discussions, Dos and Don’ts, how to create OKRs etc.

• Compensation & Benefits
o Acts as an extended team member for location-based team members and resolves basic queries related to VISIT application, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, NPS and various other market leading benefits
o Directs complex queries to central team and ensures regular follow-ups and timely closure

• Training & Development
o Identify training needs by working closely with Business Lead and People Leaders and coordinate with learning and development team
o Follow Up with Business stakeholders on Pending cases wherever support is required by

• HR Metrics & Reporting
o Maintain and work on various process related, ad hoc reports and trackers

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Master’s degree in human resources, Master of Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in HRIS system
o Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Interpersonal Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
o Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Organizational Skills:
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
o Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
