What's the opportunity?
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing sales operations, supporting the global AE and SDR teams, and driving process efficiency for rapid scaling. You will be responsible for handling operational requests, managing sales technology tools, and ensuring seamless execution of workflows while prioritising tasks and meeting company objectives. Your contributions will help improve data governance, process automation, and overall sales efficiency.

What will I be doing?
- Manage and fulfill ad-hoc reporting and dashboarding requests to support sales performance analysis.
- Administer, maintain, and optimize the sales tech stack, including Zuora, DocuSign, Outreach
- Evaluate and present new technology solutions to enhance sales operations.
- Ensure governance of Salesforce data, including lead, opportunity, and account management. Perform bulk updates when required. *Basic SFDC administration skills required
- Act as a functional expert in sales operations, streamlining and optimizing workflows and ensuring SOP's are met.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including FAQs, process guides, and training materials.
- Support the sales team with operational requests and troubleshooting.
- Provide guidance on CPQ/Zuora processes to assist the sales team.
What skills do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree with MBA
- At least 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related function.
- Strong understanding of how SAAS organizations operate and scale.
- Expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, with experience in automation. Basic SFDC admin is beneficial.
- Proficiency in building reports and dashboards in Salesforce; Power BI or QuickSight experience is a plus.
- Familiarity in owning tech stacks and automation tools.
- Experience working with tech stack.
- CPQ / Zuora experience beneficial
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Agile mindset with strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and proactively identify process improvements.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requests effectively.
- Willingness to work extended hours during periods of high demand like quarter-close or year-end
Hours:
- 8:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (US Winter)
- 7:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (US Summer)
