Coupang Eats는 레스토랑과 카페로부터 양질의 음식을 문 앞까지 배달해 주는 쿠팡의 신규 서비스입니다. 쿠팡이츠 팀은 업주용 앱, POS 앱, 상점 및 운영 센터용 툴을 구축하고, 업주에게 빠르고 매끄러운 주문 처리 및 관리 경험을 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있습니다. • Eats Merchant 서비스 엔드투엔드 담당
• 다양한 기술 스택(Cloud Native (AWS), MSA, Spring boot, JPA, Elastic stack, Docker, Kafka, Redis, MySQL, Cassandra 등)을 활용한 개발

[주요 업무]

• 소프트웨어 개발 관련 베스트 프랙티스를 활용하여 테스트가 가능하고 효율적이면서 잘 설계된 코드를 작성
• 기술적 요구사항에 따라 사양 및 요구사항을 수집하고 개선
• 확장 가능한 아키텍처와 시스템을 설계하고 프로덕트를 구현하는 작업을 초기부터 진행
• 코드 리뷰/디자인 리뷰 커미티를 담당하여 엔지니어링 엑설런스의 기준을 제고
• 시스템 설계에 대한 의사결정을 내리는 핵심 엔지니어의 역할을 수행
• 최신 기술/업계 동향을 주시하여 운영 및 작업에 적용

[자격 요건]

• 컴퓨터 과학 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 이상
• 대규모 분산 시스템, 시스템 설계 및 알고리즘 관련 분야에서 4년 이상의 경험
• Java 또는 그 외 객체 지향 프로그래밍 언어로 코딩한 4년 이상의 경험
• 객체 지향 프로그래밍 경험 및 Java 또는 그 외의 언어를 능숙하게 다룰 수 있는 경험
• 대규모 서비스 설계 및 구축, 운영 경험
• 공격적으로 문제를 진단하고 창의적으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력
• AWS, Spring 프레임워크 사용에 능숙

• 이커머스, O2O 업계에서 근무한 경험
• 빠르게 변화하는 환경 속에서 여러 경쟁 우선순위를 처리할 수 있는 능력

[Responsibilities]

In this role, you will be:

• Write well designed, testable, efficient codes by using best software development practices

• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs

• Design scalable architecture, system and implement the products from scratch

• Taking responsibility of code review/design review committee, and raise up the bar of

   

  engineering excellence

• Performing key engineer role to make decision on system design

• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations

[Basic Qualifications]

• Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or related

• 4+ years of solid work with large distributed systems, system design, and algorithms

• 4+ years of coding experience in Java or other object-oriented programming languages

• Experience with object-oriented programming and expert in Java or other languages

• Experience design and building large scale services, and operating experiences

• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills

• Familiar on AWS, Spring framework

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Experience from e-commerce, O2O industry

• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Expertise in leading delivery logistics of large-scale services for complex business offerings

• Fluent in English speaking and writing (Preferred)

• Geo, logistic development experience is plus
