Aviation Trade Analyst (m/f/d)

Here’s what you can look forward to:

As a Aviation Trade Analyst (m/f/d) based in London, you play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing & trade operations for our global airline customers. Working closely with our back office, airport operators, systems admins and sales teams you help maintain a high customer focus and quality of work.

Your meticulous attention to detail and reliability contributes to smooth operation, supporting the financial integrity of our organization. By ensuring that our ERP systems are up to date with contractual and trade information in time, you help create a seamless customer experience that fosters trust and satisfaction and creates new business opportunities.

Your tasks in a nutshell:

• Sales Deal Admin: Enter, monitor, and manage all sales deals in ERP Systems

• Fee Management: Monitor & Manage Airport Fee Changes end to end 

• Invoice Control: Ensure smooth AP/AR invoicing operations to increase efficiency and accuracy

• Support Aviation Team: ERP Super User, Ad hoc tasks, Fuel receipt management

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, support automation projects, and improve efficiency through system enhancements and collaboration with key stakeholders.

What helps you to fulfil this role:

• Qualifications: GCSEs, A-levels, or a college qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. With min three years’ experience

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, various ERP systems (SAP, RightAngle)

• Aviation & Trading: Basic understanding of the aviation industry and fuels trading processes

• Data Proficiency: Strong experience working with various data sources and streamlining it
