About the job

  • Administer and coordinate sales activities for all channels e.g. collate and disseminate sales targets, incentive data/achievements and set up and organize sales meetings and support follow-up as required.
  • Key User of communication systems e.g. CoCo & SIA. (Note: Hand over other Key User responsibilities to Customer Service and/or other responsible departments after project roll-outs / upgrades).
  • Responsible for 1-to-many communications for all Sales channels and as part of Content & Community management; coordinate, create, publish and maintain all Central & Local content on communications platform/s e.g. CoCo / SIA (or via email/SharePoint where CoCo is not in place).
  • Act as the gatekeeper for 1-to-many activities and communication from all functions impacting the sales team.
  • Support Local and Global sales focused projects, process and system improvements, e.g. Click & Collect, X-Mas 360 program, Retail Operations Model rollout, etc.
  • Lead new store opening, relocation and refurbishment projects for all channels – from SEP approval through to opening – as well as closures. Coordinate all stakeholders to ensure on time store (re-) opening or closure.
  • Plan, coordinate and communicate annual stocktakes and regular cycle counts to all key stakeholders. Review, investigate and propose actions to drive inventory accuracy and prevent losses. (Where applicable, existing local support within Business Services remains for the time being)
  • Coordinate the mapping and maintenance of all local processes, ensuring consistency as well as gatekeeping and version control.
  • Track and publish results of compliance of Company policy and local legal legislation. Collate and share best practice across all sales channels.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a fashion customer- and commercial- focused retail environment or minimum 1 years of work experience in a similar sales operation’s role in a Consumer Goods Business ideally with SAP/Micros, etc. know-how.
  • Experience in a store management role is a plus.
  • Advanced verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong customer service focus and relationship building skills.
  • Proactive problem solver with ability to manage change effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Local language and English proficiency skills.
