The Senior Transformation Strategy and Solutions Leader is responsible for engaging in select Tier 3 and Tier 4 opportunities, and taking lead responsibly, both directly and via direct reports, for driving the overall Transformation strategy for the opportunity.This role requires a unique blend of technology, transformation, client facing consulting, business case development, extensive Concentrix capability portfolio knowledge, and engagement center experience.
The role is targeted to engage in upwards of 25 such opportunities in a year (depending on complexity, etc.), with a target of closing at least 8 each year. Generally, these engagements run between $35M to over $100M ECV, with deal and/or run rate OIs between 25% and 35%+.
Additionally, this role is responsible for practice development in this space, including the development, documentation, and delivery/scale of thought constructs and thought leadership artifacts for use with market/client facing activities as well as internal playbooks for how teams should engage transformation opportunities and high potential clients. The role is effectively the “thinking engine” of the solutions function and the executive guide for clients. Also part of the practice development role is building and coaching a team to help delivery and propagate this strategy.
Additional role notes:
· helps lead pursuit teams in the development of Transformation pursuit strategy (defining client business challenge and the corresponding sales and solution strategy)
· identifying the best-fit blend of analytics, technology, and operations talent to bring the solution’s value to the client and to the company
· quantifying the value of the solution to the client
· directing the development of transformation business cases and creative commercial models that allow both clients and the company to achieve their innovation, service, and financial goals
· building consulting and design thinking frameworks
· training designed to upskill members of the Solutions Team as their roles evolve
· serving as an internal subject matter expert (SME), and when needed, client facing external SME, on key topics in the CX and Transformation space
· contributing directly to the development of solutions/sales based workproduct, such as presentations, executive summaries, etc. (authoring and writing key components of the communications)
· providing leadership to pursuit teams in the use of creative communication mechanisms beyond the basics of standard/traditional methods often associated with MS Office workproducts
· leading the preparation and participating in, either remoting or directly on-site, a variety of client facing activities, such as presentations, site visits, due diligence sessions, etc.
· contributing to continuous improvement efforts on the Solutions team
· being a positive, enthusiastic team member and role model for others on the team
