Our Analytical Development and Technology Transfer team plays a key role in managing the life cycle of Quality Control (QC) analytical methods. Collaborating closely with Analytical MSAT, the team ensures smooth method transfers, validations, and technical documentation, including gap assessments, transfer plans, validation protocols, and reports. By working with laboratory sub-teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the team ensures timely delivery of departmental goals, driving excellence in analytical techniques and method validation.
Main responsibilities:
Overall responsible for the Analytical Life Cycle Management for the QC laboratory. Perform method control trend review/ investigation and in-depth data evaluation on method performance, recommend method improvements where appropriate.
Responsible for successful analytical method transfer and method validation in the QC laboratory, to ensure robust test methods are implemented on time to support product testing.
Work closely with QC managers on QC laboratory readiness (such as equipment, reagents, software) for the successful implementation of new test methods.
Provide technical leadership and guidance for the successful completion of major laboratory projects.
Involvement in troubleshooting and complex investigations/ deviations which may require in-depth analysis of test methods.
Responsible for the invalid assay trending program in the QC laboratory.
About you
Education:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering
Skills:
Strong communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
