This is an amazing opportunity to be a software engineer in a high-growth, high-potential startup. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining our web applications and tools. You will work closely with PMs, designers, and other developers to build high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web experiences that drive engagement and business growth.
This role requires expertise in React.js for front-end development and Node.js for back-end services, along with a strong understanding of performance optimization, API integrations, and cloud-based deployment.
At Harness, we believe in a UX-first engineering approach across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for writing clean, killer code to create fantastic and user-friendly experiences. You will be involved in all aspects of product design and user experience and will lead turning wireframes into polished and beautiful user interfaces

- Produce high quality software solutions
- Effectively communicate technical plans
- Front-end and back-end development of Harness products/tools
- Optimize database performance and ensure robust data security
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems
- Implement prototypes, incubate new products
