POSITION DESCRIPTION & SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement flawless solutions for customers including tenders and projects
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values in all customer interactions escalating when required.
Actively seek out ways to enhance customer satisfaction and effectively implement necessary improvements.
Compete with a sense of urgency to meet and exceed customer service goals.
COMPETENCY RELATED REQUIREMENTS & MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment (minimum 6 month).
Good level of English skills (formal certification in English is not necessary)
EDUCATION:
No minimum education required

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively and time management.
Strict attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
