About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Head of Sales to develop and execute our commercial strategy, and drive business growth in the local market. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in wholesale and/or private banking, deep understanding of the Singapore network, and an existing network of potential clients and partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve OKX SG's growth objectives
- Lead and inspire sales, marketing and customer success teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and foster strong relationships with key clients, industry partners and stakeholders
- Work with Legal and Compliance, Finance, Risk and Audit, to put in place strong governance and controls to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Drive overall strategic direction with the rest of the executive leadership team
What We Look For In You
- At least 10 years of experience in financial services, fintech or related industries
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies
- Deep understanding of the Singapore wholesale and/or private banking landscape
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and partners and navigate complex negotiations
- Passionate about the potential of blockchain technology and crypto
