What You’ll Do

• Design interview processes, structure panel interviews, build-out appropriate exercise briefs that assess candidate competencies against CSS Job Profiles.
• Implement talent strategies to identify gaps in hiring needs, understand where to look for talent, creatively source and engage candidates, and ultimately build teams at CSS.
• Utilize CSS tool stack to track outreach, organize talent pipeline for maximum efficiency, and leverage data to optimize recruiting tactics/strategy and maximize success.
• Act as a master of scale, searching for faster, smarter and better ways to grow our teams in a cost-efficient way.
• Contribute to key project initiatives that improve the recruiting practice across the region.
• Own hiring manager relationships. 
• End-to-end recruiting on junior to senior roles.
• Contributes to key project initiatives that improve the recruiting practice.
