As an HR Services Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners across North America delivering timely, professional support for a wide range of policies, processes, and employee lifecycle needs. Based in our centralized HR Services Center, you'll handle inquiries through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems, ensuring each interaction is accurate, efficient, and aligned with service level expectations. You’ll manage inbound and outbound workflows, resolve cases, escalate when needed, and guide users toward self-service tools. This role sets the tone for the HR experience, requiring high standards of service, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

What You Will Do 

  • HR Support:
    • Serve as first point of contact for inquiries, providing accurate, timely responses.
    • Escalate complex issues, promote self-service tools, and document interactions ensuring consistent, high-quality employee experiences.
    • Participate in cross-training to ensure consistent service delivery and support special projects as needed.
  • HRIS Transactions:
    • Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including, hiring, onboarding, terminations, job changes, and organizational updates.
    • Support system audits, assist with testing new functionality, and help users navigate the platform.
    • Provide feedback to Centers of Excellence on needed articles, policies, training or resources.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
    • Regularly review FAQs, policies, and employee feedback to enhance knowledge base and improve service experience.
    • Stay current on HR trends and share best practices across the team.
    • Maintain process documentation and business practice procedures (BPP).

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: Associate’s degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Experience: 2+ years in customer service, shared services or Human Resources role. 6+ months of data entry experience (preferably Workday).
  • Knowledge: Proven ability to interpret HR policies and consistently follow procedures.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience maintaining confidentiality.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to handle competing priorities in changing work environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to discern employee needs quickly, remain calm in stressful situations, and balance the needs of the employee with the business.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical skills, sound judgement, and strong initiative to provide solutions.

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $25- $28 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
