About the role:
CoreWeave is looking for an Integrated Security Program Manager to manage system design, bid evaluation, construction administration, and system commissioning for concurrent projects across multiple regions, supporting security programs & designs for CoreWeave’s office and data center locations. You’ll evaluate products and vendors, and test new technologies to find the right solutions for CoreWeave and our customers. This role reports directly to the Integrated Security Design Team Lead.
Who you are:
- Professional certification (e.g. PSP, CPP, etc.)
- Manufacturer certifications from major Physical Security providers, such as Genetec, Axis, HID, Suprema
- Axis Certified Professional
- Experience using Bluebeam, AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Network administration experience with certifications such as CompTia Network+
- Experience with IT network topologies and basic routing/switching
- Experience with basic Cyber Security principles (e.g. Comptia Security+, Comptia Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines per project scope
- Demonstrated ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent technical writing, presentation, and documentation skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Willingness to learn new technologies/toolsets as an ongoing part of the role
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to data centers, conferences, and our HQ in Livingston,, NJ

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $122,000 to $163,000 and $134,000 to $179,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
