About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary AI Automation Solution Architect/Lead with a strong background in infrastructure to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, leading, and implementing cutting-edge AI-driven automation solutions that optimize our infrastructure, operations, and business processes. You will bridge the gap between AI/ML capabilities and robust, scalable infrastructure, ensuring our automation initiatives are not only intelligent but also resilient, secure, and performant.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both AI/ML technologies and enterprise-grade IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networking, data centers, and security. You will be a strategic thinker, a hands-on architect, and a collaborative leader capable of guiding cross-functional teams from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture:
• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of AI-powered automation solutions, focusing on infrastructure automation, AIOps, develop agents and agentic solutions, intelligent process automation, and self-healing systems.
• Define technical roadmaps, blueprints, and reference architectures for AI automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML models, tools, platforms (e.g., MLOps platforms, intelligent automation suites), and infrastructure technologies (cloud, on-prem, hybrid) to meet solution requirements.
• Design scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure to support AI/ML model training, deployment, inference, and lifecycle management.
• Technical Leadership & Guidance:
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development, MLOps, and infrastructure teams on best practices for AI automation, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native architectures.
• Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD for AI/ML pipelines, automated testing, and continuous monitoring of AI automation solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on the feasibility, benefits, and risks of AI automation technologies.
• Strategy & Innovation:
• Identify opportunities for leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, enhance security, and drive innovation across IT infrastructure and business functions.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML, automation, and infrastructure technologies, evaluating their potential impact and recommending strategic adoption.
• Contribute to the development of organizational standards, policies, and governance frameworks for AI automation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Present complex technical concepts and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party tools and services related to AI and automation.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 18+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a solution architecture or lead role focused on automation, infrastructure, or cloud.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, particularly in the context of IT operations, infrastructure management, or business process automation.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) including IaaS, PaaS, and serverless architectures, with hands-on experience in at least one major cloud provider.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure components (compute, storage, networking, security) and concepts (virtualization, containers, Kubernetes, microservices).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML and automation (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for managing the AI/ML lifecycle (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Sagemaker, Azure ML).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with specific AI automation platforms (e.g.ServiceNow AIOps, ITSI).
• Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect)..
• Understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise-level security practices and compliance frameworks.
