Responsibilities:

• Have an understanding of the challenges working in an integrated service.
• To focus on the completion of statutory work e.g Care Act Assessments, Care and Support plans
• Experience with reviews, safeguarding and Mental Capacity Assessments.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
