G-P is looking for a Senior Communications Manager, Analyst Relations responsible for enhancing and raising awareness of G-P's product suite with industry analysts, influencers, reporters and the market. Reporting to the Director, Communications, this leader will be responsible for leading analyst relations as well as supporting industry product communications initiatives including product announcements, product-related speaking opportunities and product awards. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and should be comfortable discussing product and industry narratives both internally and externally. 

 

 What You’ll Do:  

  • Lead the global strategic and day-to-day industry analyst relations program to ensure positive placement in key industry analyst reports, blogs and other materials.
  • Strategically expand the analyst relations program by identifying and building relationships with employer of record (EOR), future of work, global employment and HR industry analysts
  • Own the strategy and content development for regular analyst touchpoints, including email updates, virtual briefings, in-person meetings and hosted analyst days.
  • Serve as the communications lead for all product announcements, coordinating across cross-functional marketing group and owning the development of related materials.
  • Collaborate with regional and functional communications leads 
  • Support the product awards product in partnership with other members of the communications team.
  • Contribute to presentations and content for product-related speaking opportunities and presentations.
  • Monitor and share relevant industry analyst coverage to contribute to internal communications and sales enablement content (e.g., newsletters, company meetings).
  • Contribute to quarterly communications and marketing dashboards and reporting.

  

What We're Looking For:

  • Master’s/bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, psychology, sociology or other relevant fields
  • Experience managing and expanding analyst relations programs.
  • Experience writing product materials and announcements for B2B cloud companies and/or HR tech experience preferred.
  • Experience as a primary external communications partner with product and product marketing teams in B2B cloud and/or HR tech companies.
  • Interest and ability to learn, write and master complex product and technology messaging.

 

 

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $128,000-$160,000 plus an annual bonus opportunity.
