We are looking for an experienced leader to lead and enhance our global executive recruitment and strategic sourcing programs. You will report to the Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Executive Search, and will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team. You will help grow the identification and engagement of top-tier executive talent and recruit for highly visible recruitment needs, while overseeing talent sourcing initiatives to build and nurture robust pipelines for early career prospects and top leaders across the globe.
About the Job
Executive Recruitment:
- Lead global executive recruitment efforts, partnering with senior leaders to define, attract, and secure top executive talent
- Maintain networks and relationships within important talent markets to ensure access to exceptional candidates
- Use data-driven insights to improve the executive search process
- Manage best-in class end-to-end candidate experience for executive candidates
Strategic Sourcing Programs:
- Oversee the design and execution of talent pipeline sourcing mechanisms, including early career programs and leadership attraction
- Collaborate with internal partners to align pipelines with broader organizational goals
- Deliver measurable outcomes from sourcing plans, enhancing long-term talent pipeline strength
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Manage and develop team members
- Foster collaboration across the Global Talent Acquisition team to share insights and best practices
- Act as a thought leader, providing insights to leadership regarding market trends, talent challenges, and opportunities
About You
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruitment combined with proven experience in executive search and experience recruiting senior leaders in a global consumer-centric organization
- You have expertise in designing and managing strategic talent pipeline programs
- You are familiar with the retail industry and environment
- You have established relationships with senior partners (VP+) across the organization
- You have proven ability to inspire and develop talent
- You use data to inform strategy
- You have experience with talent acquisition and a commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace.
- You have experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Workday ATS, etc.)
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $144,800-$219,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
