The Opportunity:

This Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management. You will ensure the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse while maintaining a safe work environment. Working under the supervision of the Inventory Manager, you will assist with various tasks across departments.

Scope of Role:

· Assist in receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and/or shipping of cannabis or non-cannabis products.

· Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs, ensuring that incoming and outgoing products are in good condition.

· Perform routine inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the Inventory Manager.

· Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.

· Support quality control efforts by inspecting goods and reporting any issues.

· Assist with loading and unloading stock.

· Help maintain inventory levels by notifying the team when stock is low.

· Distribute stored stock to various internal teams as needed.

· Notify stakeholders of the arrival of their stock and assist with requests for daily materials.

· Participate in periodic cannabis and non-cannabis inventory counts and controls.

· Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Inventory Manager.

Knowledge and Experience:

· High School Diploma required.

· 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel).

· Previous ERP experience is an asset

· Previous forklift experience is an asset.

· Must be able to perform physical work and consistently lift 50+ lbs throughout the day.

· Must be comfortable standing, lifting, and bending during an 8 hour shift.
