- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the commercial real estate lending sector.
- Drive sales of our SaaS and data services, as well as information services tailored to financial institutions.
- Travel to client and prospect sites within your regional territory to foster strong partnerships and deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to assist in achieving team goals with local offices
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Candidates must have a track record of success in sales roles selling SaaS and/or Data solutions to banks and financial institutions.
- 12 + years of successful B2B outside sales experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited/not for profit University or College
- A track record of commitment to prior employers
- Candidates must be willing and able to travel to client and prospect locations on a regular basis.
- Candidates must be experienced with sales processes, comfortable with diagnostic selling, and committed to delivering solutions to our clients and prospects.
- Candidates must be proactive, curious, and eager to work in a fast paced environment.
- Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
- Experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry selling to owners, investors, brokers
- Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels
