Job Description
Responsibilities
Support in the day-to-day operations and resolve open issues per operational guidelines
Perform activities such as testing and troubleshooting on Ascott Brand Website (discoveasr.com) content management system - Adobe Experience Manager
Support on user acceptance testing for the team’s projects and operations
Assist on administrative tasks such as requests in the company’s system for account permissions, account setup, infra related matters.
Conduct Data-entry task clean up like User Groups for Adobe Experience Manager
Interact with business users to provide administrative and operational support for existing websites and applications
Coordination with both internal stakeholders (i.e. Business Units) and external parties (i.e. Vendors) to resolve roadblocks in projects
Ensure and upkeep proper and up-to-date documentation of project deliverables and processes
Working with the operations team and communicate and coordinate open tasks and aim to resolve and close these tasks on time
Conduct market research to identify gaps in our website and discover any AI tools can be leveraged or learnt from competitor websites
Management of the user access matrix and role access matrix for Ascott application (discoverasr.com and thelinkclub.com)
Support in other special and/or ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or any other related disciplines
Passionate in project management or have experience doing so in school projects
Experience in using content management tools for website management is an advantage
Possess the ability to multi-task and have good collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and partner with business stakeholders
