Job Description
You will be assisting the Operations team at Bedok Mall with daily Operational matters and be involved in coordination of mall CAPEX works alongside other responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Assist the Ops team in daily facilities management and operational work
Verify and update tenant service records on pest control, kitchen waste pipe and exhaust air cleaner
Identify potential mall safety improvements
Coordination of Fire Safety Briefing and support the Ops Team in Fire Drill Exercises
Assist in conducting site walks/inspections with contractors and technicians
Liaise with vendors on submission of risk assessment, Bizsafe certifications and insurance policies
Support other Operation matters or ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Able to multi-task and deliver work on time & accurately
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Willingness to learn
Good communication skills with vendors, contractors and tenants
