Job Summary

As a Mid BI Reporting Analyst (13211), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Mailbox & JIRA Management:
  • Manage the data analytics mailbox to handle incoming requests.
  • Track and address requirements in JIRA.
• Power BI Reporting:
  • Develop new reports and clean up existing ones.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
• Professional/ Advanced English skills.
• +3 years of experience.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Power BI Development: Ability to create, clean, and maintain Power BIreports.
  • JIRA: Experience adding and managing requirements in JIRA.
  • SQL & Excel: Basic proficiency in data management across these tools.
• Operational Skills:
  • Time Zone Alignment: Must operate in the US time zone for seamless communication.
  • Support Services: Provide first-level production support and manage the data analytics mailbox.
