On Location has been appointed as the Official Hospitality Provider of the FIFA World Cup 26™! The Architecture Manager is responsible for supporting the development of architectural drawings for all FIFA World Cup 26™ hospitality spaces including but not limited to VVIP, VIP, affiliates, and general hospitality products. Working alongside project managers, production partners, and the leadership team, the Architecture Manager will be skilled in translating the team’s business objectives while adhering to FIFA guidelines when designing these spaces. Strong AutoCAD skills are essential; strong Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite skills will also be necessary. They are flexible, hardworking, and have an extreme attention to detail even when working on tight deadlines. This role will report to the VP, Architecture – FIFA World Cup 26TM.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the development of architectural drawings for all FIFA World Cup 26™ hospitality spaces including but not limited to VVIP, VIP, Affiliates, and general hospitality products
Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure architectural layouts meet local & stadium code requirements (access, egress, accessibility, fire safety, etc.) and are aligned with procurement plans
Work closely with the Design team to ensure architectural layouts are in line with overall design concepts
Work closely with the Venue Management team to ensure FF&E is aligned with stadium inventory and/or what will be available/supplied
3D model studies of architectural layouts
Preparation of materials for presentations or site inspections
Assist with administrative matters (reporting, status updates, etc.)
And other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field, or equivalent experience required
5+ years of experience in architecture
Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, Photoshop / Illustrator, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office suite
Experience in large-scale event architectural design a plus
Intrinsic knowledge of architectural design languages and spatial planning
Ability to adapt architectural designs within physical and budgetary constraints
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve issues efficiently
Ability to manage multiple large-scale tasks and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills
Time-management skills meet project deliverables and timelines
A willingness to work flexible hours
