CIC Berlin is looking for a motivated professional to join us as Program Manager, Innovation and Ecosystem Services. In this role, you’ll support the execution of strategic partnerships, innovation programs, and ecosystem engagement projects—contributing to CIC’s mission to strengthen Berlin’s innovation community and support the growth of startups and corporates alike.

CIC builds and operates a global network of innovation campuses where startups, scale-ups, corporations and public entities connect, work, and grow. Founded in 1999, CIC manages more than 111,000 square meters of innovation-focused workspace, laboratories, and event space across North America, Europe and Asia. Additionally, CIC develops innovation-related programming, builds and enables industry clusters, and provides world-class innovation consulting.

CIC opened our newest location in Berlin in April 2024. The location became the third CIC Innovation Campus in Europe, serving as a strategic addition to our campuses in Warsaw and Rotterdam, and an integral part of our global expansion plan.

The campus spans 13,500 square meters and features a combination of large, medium, and small private offices and shared workspace, event space, and a range of shared amenities. As Project Manager, Innovation and Ecosystem Services, you will support the strategy, operations, and delivery of CIC Berlin’s innovation and ecosystem engagement services. You will work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure high-quality execution of programs and services.

Potential responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design and execution of innovation programs, community partnerships, and ecosystem engagement projects.

• Handling event logistics, partnering with key community members, and staying engaged in the local innovation scene.

• Coordinating meetings, program activities, and project timelines with clients and partners.

• Managing documentation, research, and preparation of client-facing materials.

• Leading the delivery of corporate-startup engagement initiatives, advisory services, and ecosystem-building events.

• Advising in the development of proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective and existing clients.

• Contributing to business development efforts by supporting pipeline management and partner engagement.

• Building and maintaining relationships with startups, corporates, research institutions, and ecosystem actors.

• Collaborating with CIC Berlin’s Ecosystem Services team, General Manager, and other departments to ensure program success.

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional who is passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building. You are a strong communicator who enjoys coordinating projects and building relationships in a fast-paced environment.

• 5+ Years of experience in project coordination, program management, or client services, preferably in the innovation, startup, or consulting space.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Experience with event or program delivery is a plus.

• Fluency in English and German (required).

• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot), project management tools, and Google Workspace.
